"I've had State Farm for some years now. My fiancé also has State Farm. I've tried other insurance companies, but they don't measure up to SF. A few decades ago, I was under another agent. They were ok, but I never got calls or received any direct information from that local agent and it was hard to reach them. Fast forward to my recent years, and I can truly say Katherine Patrick agency is the absolute best. Everyone I've ever had to talk to has been phenomenal. From Lauren, to even the new lady, Donna. Bless her heart, she's a sweetie, too. But my absolute favorite is Brandy. She's the best! My car broke down some time last year when it was cold. It just shut off in the middle of a very busy street during rush hour traffic. My daughter and I were literally stranded until my fiance' got there. In the meantime, as I submitted my info through their app to get a tow truck, Brandy called to guide me through everything. (I bet she doesn't even remember this.) We were so cold and frustrated, and although things went a little awry with the tow truck who is NOT a part of SF, she kept checking on us. The next day, she called as well. Just recently, I thought I had overpaid on my account. So, I called to get it cleared up. I kept telling them that I had made payments and shouldn't be paying again. She has been working with me nearly weekly, along with a couple of the other ladies to get this straight. Yesterday, she took the time (possibly 45 mins) to go through every single payment I've made to SF to show me what happened and why I "thought" it was wrong. I'm big on energy, and her energy is beautiful. Every single question I've had, she answers. She was looking for every discount she could find. She even gave me information on how to become an insurance agent if it was my desire to. Sweet lady all around. I can't ever see myself leaving this local agency. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I'm not changing, and they can't make me. LOL!"
